I'm a big fan of the lyrics on "I'm bad like Jesse James", John Lee Hooker's (moment of silence) tale of when an old friend broke his trust. Great blues from the, imho, best of the genre. My favorite rendition is the live acoustic version on "Alone:the First Concert". My favorite part is the intro to the song when JLH uses his gravelly voice to set the scene..."Now, I want you to dig the lyrics on this, and what we're gonna do to this cat. Because we are going to run him this morning....".
